Cons
Poor HR (employee hand book is available but not adhered to). Micro management. Use of open source technology. Bit of a "Boys Club". Mindless busy work at times. Over use of metrics. Death by meeting. Staff are watched (and you will be watched and you will be talked about behind your back...). Super clicky social groups.
