Pros
As per my experience, there is nothing good here.
Cons
1. Meaning of flexible working hours is different here. Office time is 9 to 6 but you will also have to work outside your office hours (including 9 to 5). 2. Your shift will be Monday to Friday but you will need to work on weekends also and most of the time won't get paid for it. 3. Work from office was only for old employees. If you join now it's permanent work from office. 4. Managers and Leads are not helpfull and they will take credit for all the work you done. 5. Very less pay and increment. 6. Good increment and promotion is only for higher management. Lower level employees will get only 4-5 % increment. 7. They do not give promotion or good increment to existing employees, instead they wait for existing employees to resign so that they can hire new employees with same payment. They use this strategy to save money. 8. Very high workload. 9. No proper guidance to new joiners.
