Pros
They gave a nice little "rbt" kit after orientation to take with you when working in-home with clients.
Cons
When I started with a new client after being hired, no one trained me and the BCBA never came out to the house with me in the 3 months I was with them. I had one FaceTime supervisor which I thought was tacky.
