Cons
No workplace is 100% perfect. There will always be one or two people you don't mesh with, but you can't let that get to you. There are many more great coworkers who make it fun. It is a commercial real estate firm -brokers are money-driven and 100% commission - so it can get stressful at times. Very few boring moments!
