      Pros

      1. Management really listens, they give employees a platform to voice concerns and, generally, change occurs. 2. Company culture is growing. Everyone is supportive. 3. I have been given opportunities to lead projects, grow my skills and access to top management which I have never received at any other job.

      Pros

      I get exposed to many diverse things in my role that allow me to stretch and learn every day. This place is a gold mine for development and experience. The Sr. Leadership team is fantastic, especially on the Sales and Operations side of the business. This is a business that you will get out what you put in and I'm very thankful for my time there.
