      Pros

      No more a good place to work.

      Cons

      In the past 6 months work culture became the worst. Too much micromanagement started. Processes keep on changing. Non-technical management is leading the technical product without any proper understanding. The new leadership seems to be clueless.

      Pros

      Pay was great and remote flexibility was a nice to have but not worth the poor treatment

      Cons

      The boss is a huge micro manager and constantly tries to pit employees against each other. He is sexist and he is mean to his employees. He knows nothing about sales cycles.
