Pros
Everyone in the company has made me feel very welcome and it has a great positive atmosphere. Yes, it can get tense at times but it is sales, so it will. My manager was great at training me up and the CEO as well as the higher management are all very kind and supportive. Commission structure is amazing. You can earn a lot of money here if you want to work for it.
Cons
A lot of working out of hours if you want to make the most commission. But what you put in, you get out. So a pro and con. No hybrid working, the long hours, extra hours and then travelling to and from work can be draining.
