Our leadership teams continue to reinforce professional communication standards and ensure that all employees—whether permanent or agency—receive comprehensive orientation and role‑specific training. Approximately 25% - 35% of our workforce is sourced through staffing agencies due to order fluctuations, and every individual completes training in company policies, Health & Safety, WHMIS, GMP/GDP, and job‑specific requirements at departmental level.
We also want to reaffirm that product quality and safety remain central to our operations. Our facility is ISO 22716 certified and site licensed by Health Canada, and we undergo regular audits to maintain strict hygiene and compliance standards.
