Company protected low value people than employees -Leader made you look incompetent on calls. Dismissed you. Talked bad behind your back. Do not get under a certain IT team. - they need in person to humanize one another. Had a very difficult time here with a toxic leader who was never on time, made look bad in front of stakeholders.
