good pay, lots of commission, friendly boss, easily approached boss

small office, small network, too long facing computer, not good if like active job, they extend your probation, your boss is your HR

At the beginning, the idea of having to attend online training for 3 weeks seemed alot. But it was fun and insightful. I learned alot and started looking forward to training. 3 weeks passed in a breeze.

Can't think of any cons. If any, it was just that some days the training went on a little longer than expected and overlapped with my other responsibilities but it didnt happen often.
