Cons
Huge disconnect at the top. CEO is trying to create a future-forward people-driven organization. Number 2 is a consummate micromanager who can't tell the difference between spreadsheets and humans. Cannot fathom how a soulless robot with zero leadership skills became a C-level executive here.
