      Pros

      Good insurance. Wages above average for senior operators.

      Cons

      Massive amounts of overtime-worked 6-7 days a week for 19 years, and then they couldn't find the work to keep us employed. Management blamed everything on operators. Knoxville plant closed completely 11/15/2018.

      I was in a very bad spot at the time and they worked with me for a long time.
