Pros
-Growth opportunities in the company. I asked for more graphic design work (I'm an animator and designer freelance) and my company has made more opportunities to do that type of work alongside my other duties. -Great chances to integrate with your community. It's nice seeing our work on businesses, at trade shows, and events. -Sense of giving back to the community. Great customers and great environment to work in. -Great Regional company culture: I can call Fort Wayne ARC, Merriville or South Bend ARC for any questions and their teams are ready to help. (Shout our to Jina, Erin, Kevin, Nate and Robin for all they have done!) Sometimes if the Indianapolis office is too bogged down with work we can produce the project at one of the aforementioned offices. It's a great to have help whenever you need it and such a supportive, friendly and helpful team. -This company is very interconnected. If I ever have a question, I can ask the Riot or ARC email chains questions and have an answer within minutes. -Training on professional grade printers (HP Latex 360, Canon Pro 4100) & finishing machines (Large format laminator). -Ability to attend professional enrichment events (Creative Mornings, Indianapolis Design Week) to network and grow while also extending ARC's influence in the local area. -Great hours: 8am- 3pm -Competitive compensation -Great company culture: my regional manager Jina is fantastic and really hears me and works to support me in my career goals. There are also lots of company engagement events to earn extra benefits. -Great benefits: Dental, vision, UHC Gold or Platinum levels -Paid Holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, New Years day -Unpaid Holiday: Black Friday (usually closed)
Cons

(This only matters if you have a lot of events you need to travel to and I'm at a time when my friends are getting married so I need to use more time off. Take this with a grain of salt too because paid holidays are really nice). -Working days can be
