One is free to express ones views and opinions .. you feel that your opinions and views matter .. The opportunities feel endless here and the work that is being done is exciting .. what is inspiring is that the leaders of the product and management team feel so passionate for the work they do ..

The company is expanding and with it there are changes that are being implemented for the benefit of its employees ..One needs to be patient .. So if you can't roll with the punches and adapt to the changes ..new processes, leadership, opportunities or whatever it may be, you might not enjoy the work environment here. But at the same time these changes also teach us to be resilient and adaptable - both invaluable traits to learn in the workplace...
