Pros
Opportunity for commissions and the high income that could possibly come with it. Really and truly want what is best for their clients.
Cons
This is a sales job, don't let them convince you otherwise. Also don't let them convince you with their "projected salary" because it's based off their completely unrealistic goals and you will not hit them. You will not make that much. You start on a 90 day contract making barely above minimum wage where you receive training and then are expected to take on an unrealistic amount of clients and hold an unrealistic amount of meetings. You're on your own too. You have to set all of that up with no help from the company, they will help you talk to people during the meeting if you split your commission though(how thoughtful). There are no benefits during this 90 days. After the 90 days you go full time officially and they lower your pay to about minimum wage. (College degree really looks worth a lot here huh?). Then you're expected to validate your contract through new business periodically. There are few opportunities for growth: maybe get your own office and make more on commission. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
