      Amazing medication and some really great people.

      Cons

      C-suite has made bad strategic decisions that are costing the company, and have newly implemented over the top micro management of sales team. Treated like new primary care reps and not specialty reps with 20 years of experience.

      We were off to a great start until the FDA decided that another clinical trial was required before the drug could be launched.

      Like all start ups, there was a fair amount of chaos.
