Pros
Good business development plan. As the company researches the products we develop, the customers they seek and the investments. None to very little business investments. Engineering processes is reviewed from start to finish on projects. Results are great products. Mostly error free in design and manufacturing. It’s a privately held, family owned company that has exceeded my expectations on how it is ran (previous companies I worked for did not work out very well).
Cons
I wish the holiday and vacation policy was a tad better. A few more paid holidays would be nice. I.E. Martin Luther king day off. Like many other companies serving automotive. You have to accept the ups and downs of the industry.
