Provides Benefits on Anniversaries and Best Performances. 5. Supportive and Experienced Leads. 6. Conducts many Employee Engagement Events. 7. Got many benefits and Work from Home Options during Lockdown.

      Cons

      1. Appraisal is not based on Individual's or Team's performances. It is based on Entire ARi's Performance. 2. Post-lockdown policy changes reduced flexibility and impacted employee satisfaction and appraisals.
