      -Very flexible with college schedule -Good pay for the area -Great way to get on-the-job experience while in school and to network for opportunities

      -Sometimes charging correctly can be hard at the end of the year when funding runs out for certain programs.

      AS&T is a larger small business, but feels like a community. The teams are all mission focused working to achieve greatness for our customers. They are self motivated and high achievers. Family focused and employee friendly!

      The teams are sometimes dispersed, to be employee friendly, but the team stays connected through technology!
