      Work from home 2 days per week after a year on the job. A challenge for even the most experienced support rep.

      Cons

      Archaic software - openly acknowledged that customers use it because 'they don't know their options'. Your level of technical ability/experience must be high, as must be your tolerance for micromanagement.
