I M deputed to HP from ASAP. They have deducted my salary for 25th Dec to 4th Jan because it was a client holiday and as per our terms of employment we are suppose to follow client calender and working hours. HP has not agreed to pay them so they are deducting from our salary. This intimation is given after the timesheet was approved and was submitted to the HR and that too one day before Salary Date. The Second goof up they do is they made false commitment on Mail that you shall be confirmed by HP on their payroll in 2nd to 3rd month of the contract however as per HP you cannot do so. They can change and deduct salaries anytime they want if they are not invoiced from the client. My recommendation.. Never Join any company through ASAP Infosystems Pvt Ltd.
