Thanks for your review. ASC's wage level and benefits are far higher than the industry average, especially when comparing similar size companies. ASC has never given a 10-cent raise to anyone... ever. This year, the average raise was 5% for all ASC employees. Those who show initiative, excel at their job, or show great improvement will receive 6-10%. Those employees who are good workers will receive 4-5%. Those employees who are below average or have bad attendance records might receive as low as 2%. Finally, those employees who do not meet the minimum standards of the job are usually put on probation for 2-3 months for further evaluation. If they don't improve during that period, then they are let go. Good luck with your career.
