Can be little bit more organized.

Very much enjoyed the people I worked with. Had a lot of great conversation.

- The owner of the organization is very self centered and she does not care about how diligently her employees/interns work. - You will be expected to do an overwhelming amount of assignments while constantly being criticized why the work has not been done in a short time span. - They preach about BIPOC inclusio, yet has immediately deactivated most of their BIPOC employees accounts without notice. - It is very disorganized with you having to take initiative withouut prior training or any idea what you are doing/being told to do.
