Pros
Is good for first time job whe you do not know anything about US work system. If you can get a 6 months contract with no benefits, do it. 25$ gift card emailed at the end of the year. PRO?
Cons
There are many problems in this company with the payment. Late payments. The system to fill the timesheet is very tricky. No benefits at all. Management very selfish. A lot of work and few people to do it.
