Pros

Hana was amazing! She so sweet and encouraging. She truly makes learning all the information much more tolerable and reassured us that it’s a process. Team leads are also great!

Cons

Quarterly PTO, weekly testing during training you can be fired for if not passed

Working from home is the only pro

Cons

Everything else. This company claims to care about you and support you, but does not hesitate to terminate you for things that are out of your control. If your power goes out, too bad. You're out of a job.
