Pros
ASEA is an amazing place to work. I've been at the company for almost 9 years. I actually left the company to work in a different field and returned gladly after a short time. One of the things I love about the company is that the leadership cares about the employees. I've always had managers who have cared about my wellbeing and career growth. I have worked closely with the leadership of the company and I can vouch for their honestly and integrity. They also put in the hard work just like everyone else to make it an awesome company. I've recommended the company to many friends.
Cons
I honestly am having a really hard time thinking of a con. ASEA has always been great to take care of their employees. Even with covid-19 they provided safety measures and options to employees to keep them safe. In my mind people's physical and mental health and safety are most important, so I don't really have any complaints.
