Everything, company is run by a management team with no clear goals and mixed objectives

Flexible shift availability at times. Some colleagues on site were professional and supportive. Gained additional retail security experience.

Pay did not reflect what was advertised during recruitment. Placed on minimum wage with no enhanced bank holiday pay or overtime rate. Long-distance travel in own vehicle with no mileage support. Poor communication from HR, with emails and calls often unanswered. WageStream access removed before employment had formally ended, causing unnecessary financial stress. Felt unsupported and undervalued
