Chance to grow (but always with a ceiling- growth is still juvenile in the member services dept because the dept is underdeveloped) Opertunities to travel every few months, even for junior employees Flexible schedule Young, fun crowd
Cons
Tasks assigned and dropped over the heads of efficient employees (a handful only) instead of being scattered equally, managment cannot trust many employees with certain tasks due to high turnover. Low pay compared the immense burden of senior agent's workload Junior agents treated like they are dispensible You will be taking calls from irate people wanting to terminate the plan (after a certain timeframe we cannot let that happen, hence the verbal mudslinging)
