Pros
Being around for 50 years comes with a lot of experience and that a newer company may not have and it shows. Year over year, and even through the pandemic our business has grown. Innovation and problem solving is a core part of the business. It doesn't matter if it's a brand new product, a new process or a logistical problem the management team has always been able to find a way to solve it. Working in sales this makes my job a lot easier. The deals are consistently getting bigger and bigger to which is great to see. The comp plan is very generous as well. Something that has always been important to me is professional and career growth. This is something that ASI embodies. What I believe sets them apart is their willingness to let you try new things and fail while doing it. While failure is never something that you want to have happen it's also one of the best way to learn and it's nice to work with people that understand this. It's a very supportive environment.
Cons
The biggest piece of feedback I could give is when a new process is rolled out it would be nice to have more documentation that comes with it. I always get it figured out, but this would prevent any speedbumps along the way.
