ASI used to be highly respected in its field - pricey but worth it- but leader after leader has come in & run things further into the ground. New additions to C-suite disregarded strong, experienced female leaders at the company who attempted to share their points of view on guiding strategy, product, promotions; valued the wrong things (like a greater presence in the office weighing more than a minor factor like competence.) Earnings were poor, no raises for years, laughably small bonuses.... After too many years of bad leaders, all the good employees who'd been there for years left in droves. The company that remains is a hollowed out shell of its former self.
