We are forcing employees in Singapore back to office 4 days a week in December. As other reviews state, it is not the most ideal, given the time spent to commute + the lack of proper seating space. Our WiFi in the office is not stable, which makes productivity low when working in office !
We have feedback to the Singapore leadership but they are insistent on returning back to office , no exceptions.
Really old school, top down mentality for the WFH policies that reflect the disconnect of our top leadership
Singapore site needs to have a louder voice to advocate for our employees. You cannot blanket mandate everyone to return to work 4 days a week, and learn to be flexible and keep up with the times
