Pros
A lot! ASML has a friendly and very open work atmosphere. Although organized in quite a few layers, the organization acts pretty flat. You can contact 2 or 3 layers up without any problem to get advise or have your opinions heard. If you like exploring different fields and expertises you can "job hop" within the company very well! You can work and live on the of the ocean for a few years if you want, etc. etc. The compensation is very decent, both in salary as in secondary compensations.
Cons
Since ASML is an established company for over 40 years now there are some older technologies that needs to be supported. So if can be that you work with somewhat older technologies, like software compilers for instance.
