      Pros

      Many benefit: electric bike, commuting (bike, car and public transport), many club to participate internally. Expensive bonus

      Cons

      Maybe too big and complex, so I can understand if someone feel lost, but this is not an issue of the company itself, it is about any company with such size

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
