No sick pay and can be let go by schools at a moments notice, same as any other agency. Don't really do much once you're in a position.

It is an recruitment agency. Variety of roles available to apply for. General process if easy from application to offer and help is provided to prepare for interview.
Cons
They have another company set up to process their payroll, so they charge 4% of your weekly wage as administration plus employment cost. It adds up to quite a lot at the end of the month.
