Micro management. Lack of direction. Conflicting departments. Depressing atmosphere. Blaming culture. High staff turnover. Culture isn't great there, they use buzz words to tick boxes, don't actually live by their values that they advertise. When an issue is raised the are not co-operative, not friendly.
