Pros
- Well-known company - High degree of freedom; you can explore various programming technologies with little oversight - Employee cafeteria (partial subsidies, but daily meals for men are only about half-covered)
Cons
- No overtime pay - Supervisors love micro-managing - Good performance reviews and bonuses mostly go to unproductive senior employees, leaving no chances for newcomers to earn the bonuses advertised in the media - Senior employees have weak software skills, and their shared experiences offer little value - Staying too long makes you complacent, weakens your skills, and leaves you stuck at the company with no competitiveness in external interviews
