Pros
Every month you get paid ( rare in Rome). When you are sick you get paid too (not for long). you 've paid hollydays.
Cons
People always blame you for the managment errors. The shifts are like a rollercoaster. Hollydays are very short (if they give you). The city council is the owner of the company so there's a lot of corruptions inside. 1500 euro per month after 15 yars of service driving 6 hours x day in Rome traffic jams are not so much for the local purchasing power. Very little oppurtunity of carrier if you don't know (like me) "the friends of the friends".
