      Very flat organization where open communication from the analyst level all the way up to the executive level is encouraged. Strong organic growth within the industry with a longer view on in the Capital Markets business. Culture in the team is hard to beat. Time always feels valued and work is relevant.

      Capital Markets capabilities and sophistication isn't widely known but the team continues to grow relevance in the Canadian banking industry, becoming increasingly competitive as a fully integrated capital markets platform.
