Salary people are expected to work more than 40 hours. Hourly are expected to work 6 days a week up to 60 hours. Some managers are clueless. Lots of prisoners work here but most are good guys looking for redemption. Starting pay of $14 for floor workers is horrible. Turnover is 85-90% first year.
