      Pros

      The work is designed for anyone to be able to accomplish. You can have a minimal skill set and still be successful here. They also have a more advanced skill set and like to promote from within. The company has been very good to me and I would recommend anyone who needs a chance to be employed with a major company with benefits who has had felonies.

      Cons

      The structure and training is sometimes lacking. It has been better as of late due to new management.

      Pros

      Good people to work with for the most part.

      Cons

      Salary people are expected to work more than 40 hours. Hourly are expected to work 6 days a week up to 60 hours. Some managers are clueless. Lots of prisoners work here but most are good guys looking for redemption. Starting pay of $14 for floor workers is horrible. Turnover is 85-90% first year.
