Pros
Good place to work for to learn about the restoration industry. You get to work with a few smart people.
Cons
This company has an extremely toxic environment and culture. What once used to be a great company culture has descended into a terrible environment. The company openly allows bullying, abusive and racist behavior by the leadership team. The Finance team gets to keep hiring friends of management and there is no accountability for the poor performance on the company collections which reflect in the company financials. Other departments other than Finance are understaffed. There is lack of transparency on the real state of the company and most of the benefits that were promised during hire are no longer provided. The individuals at the company who operate openly with extreme toxicity and are abusive are allowed, empowered and blessed by senior management to exhibit this behavior. If you are not a friend or brown noser of senior management you will be ill treated at this company. In addition to the very poor work culture the expectation is to work 24 by 7 will zero work life balance that will leave you drained. The whole company is operating in total chaos and is always in fire fighting mode as the leadership lacks any vision and experience to scale the company. Even if you need to be unemployed - please do not make the mistake of joining this company or you will regret it. Employees are afraid to speak up at this company.
