Pros
A great place to get your hands deep in a lot of technologies, early in your career and really build a resume.
Cons
Mgmt has sort of lost its way with the big sale to ATT, most of the talented mgmt left with the sale and what was left sort of beat the morale out of the tech talent. There isn't much left of its former self.
