      Pros

      - CFI upon program completion (if you are liked or they are desperate) - newer aircraft - resources - constant flow of students

      Cons

      - You do not get paid for a lot of tasks your'e asked to do and get very little compensation for what you are paid for (flight & sim time only) - Do not follow their core values of the company! - management doesn't care about you and will tell you that youre easily replaceable if you don't do what you're supposed to - Management doesn't care about protecting the students investment - A LOT of discrimination - Upper management is very rude and disrespectful to their employees and unfortunately they only care for their reputation and overall checkride past rate for the company

      You get hours really fast

      You are so disposable. There is a long list of people waiting to work here, and they know it. The entire time I was there they kept tabs on all my short comings and mistakes. No room or tolerance to learn or grow. Endoc is less of a training and more of a test. You aren't really trained on anything as an instructor, they kinda just throw you to the wolves with the expectation that you should know everything. Every day my job was held over my head. I never got any atta boys, just feedback for when I was doing a bad job. Some of the best instructors I know have been fired from here. They do not treat you like a person with a family. You are just a disposable unit they will let go of any chance that they get.
