      Slow TTM; senior leadership withholds information; lack of trust prevents work from flowing at a normal pace. Can be very frustrating for goal-oriented employees.

      People are nice. Remote work.

      Cons

      It's dull - you'll have very little growth. People are comfortable doing the same thing they've done for years. There's very little going on. Pay is below industry average.
