Very Poor Work Environment - Anonymous employee ATRIO Health Plans Employee Review

ATRIO Is a small Medicare Advantage Company. Everyone is very friendly, Pay is decent for the work I'm doing, and Benefits are actually pretty good.

None that i can think of.

The pay is competitive at least

Some of the worst upper management I've ever experienced. During the bad wildfires in 2020 ash was falling from the ceiling but everyone including HR did everything they could to keep us from working from home. I quit due to the health issues I was experiencing, and then they reported that I had almost no income to the employment department so I couldn't get benefits. That's not even half of the shenanigans I experienced with them. They are just so shady all around and don't care about their employees. I will never do business with them as a consumer and I advise anybody to stay away from them as an employer.
