The product is half baked, and the supposedly new products just never go GA. The management is delusional. They think they can just operate in Islamic countries, without any problems. What they are forgetting is that Israel is in war, and there is no Islamic country interested in working with an Israeli company right now. Also prospects that I have spoken to, coming from non Islamic countries have stated that they are not keen on engaging with an Israeli based company right now. Marketing is completely dysfunctional, and generate 0 leads for sales. The upper management only micro manages the sales organization but they themselves have 0 value add and are inexperienced. In addition the level of arrogance is baffling to see.
