Pros
With employees coming from 40+ different countries around the world, Auto1 offers an impressively international environment where both German and English are equally accepted business languages. In all teams across the organization, especially in the IT department, there is a strong push on quality, rather than quantity, and hiring the best people, even if it takes a bit longer to bring in that 'right' person for the job.
Cons
The office facilities need improvement - a bit more attention to the overall design of the place and some additional lounge/relax and lunch areas would be appreciated.
