- Takes several months to get reply to an application.
- No real benefits (just the bare minimum, 5% (!!!) discount on public transport, minimal discount on buying cars FROM THE COMPANY ITSELF, discontinued other benefits as they were too expensive)
- No Christmas bonus or any other bonuses.
- Low salaries in general. Get paid about the same for a supervisor or IT position here as you do for a customer service position anywhere else.
- Expected to work unpaid overtime, expected to work during corona, very late to react to corona wave 1 ("just keep the windows open"-policy), hiring new people while entire company was on Kurzarbeit.
- No promotions, no salary increases unless you're already in mgmt.
- Trying to save money everywhere (employee salaries, bonuses, toilet paper, cutlery)
- No company culture, gatherings only talking about how much they sold and how much money they made. Haven't gotten to know 98% of the people during 2 years.
