Worst experience - Manager AV Organics Employee Review

Working at this company has been one of the most disappointing professional experiences of my life. There was no policy in favour of employees, basic needs, no proper settlement policy and no compensation for your hard work when you exit. Basic entitlements are delayed for months, and bonuses are non-existent, regardless of performance or tenure. In short, this is a company that lacks professionalism. If you're considering an opportunity here — run in the opposite direction.
