Good schedule. Works around personal needs like picking up kids or doctors appointments. Input from employees is taken seriously by management.

There are a lot of projects every week. The company is really busy so there really aren’t slow weeks.

Great place for a first job. It’s definitely a good way to get some intro-level experience. The small size of the company makes for a good way to get to know everyone on the team. The team is helpful and friendly toward new employees. Very laid back atmosphere. Work/life balance has gotten better over the years. Occasional snacks and company lunches are provided. There are approximately 2 remote Fridays per month. I will definitely miss this great team.

Benefits and pay need major improvement. Outdated methodologies are often used. Project planning is often done haphazardly. Lack of company structure ie: holidays are dynamic and correspond to whatever is convenient for the owner at the time. Rules and expectations tend to vary from employee to employee. Communication is poor. Current office has visual appeal, but is a poor environment for productivity.
